Property page - "Toolbars"

List box Toolbars - list both standard and custom toolbars. When some toolbar in the list is selected, the toolbar is displayed. Otherwise, the toolbar is hidden. The menu bar also can be hidden.

Manipulation buttons:
	Reset - resets the selected default toolbar to its original settings;
	Reset All - reset all default toolbars to the original settings;
	New... - enables you to create new custom toolbar;
	Rename... - rename the selected custom toolbar;
	Delete - delete the selected toolbar. Enable only for custom toolbars.

Check box Show text labels - when selected, displays the text labels for buttons of the selected toolbar.
